Thomas Allen, an intern for the John Locke Foundation during the summer of 2024, is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in economics at North Carolina State University, along with a minor in data analysis. He is a member of the University Honor’s Program and the National Business Honor Society, Beta Gamma Sigma. After he graduates from NC State, Thomas plans to attend graduate school and pursue a Ph.D. in economics.
