Dylan graduated from Liberty University in May 2026 with his master’s in public policy. Prior to joining the John Locke Foundation, Dylan interned with the National Taxpayers Union Foundation in Washington, D.C., and the Noah Webster Educational Foundation in Virginia. Together, these organizations helped him develop a passion for smaller government and for education choice. In his free time, Dylan loves to read, work out, and watch New York Yankees baseball.
